The master planned Osprey waters is an eco-friendly development adjacent to the Mandurah Estuary.
The Build time took just 16-weeks from start to finish and also featured on shows such as Garden Gurus, and interior design by celebrity renovators Matt & Kim Di Costa.
Project
Our Task: To design a project that could be used as a sales office, then coverted to a residence later, and also built in a very short timeframe because of marketing and filming deadlines set by the developers. Also the development had to be within budget and ecofriendly.
