Our reports are based on what we see and measure on site, supported by photographs and analysis. They are written in plain English, state clearly what we found and why, and give practical recommendations for repair.
Where a report is needed for a legal matter, we prepare it as an independent expert, and can support you through the process – including meetings with other experts and giving evidence.

We inspect the structure, take measurements and photographs, and review any drawings, approvals and correspondence.
Your report
You receive a written report setting out the cause, the extent of the problem and our recommendations.
Ongoing support
If needed, we design the repairs, inspect them during construction, and support you through any dispute or hearing.
